Tony Barbee
Tony's bread and butter is taking on difficult projects: nobody is better at just getting stuff done.
Before Arcturus, Tony owned and operated a residential design-build company and worked with top tier construction companies managing large commercial projects. Tony is a graduate of Cal Poly SLO Construction Management and has more than 30 years of experience in construction and development
Thomas Kuhn
Thomas brings a rare combination of technical and practical capabilities to every project.
Thomas has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Cal Poly SLO and an MBA from Tsinghua and MIT, and is currently the Vice-chair of the San Bruno Planning Commission. He has worked on almost every project type in both US and China. Over the past two years, he has advised investors and lenders on more than $2 billion in projects.
